This challenge is to help inspire and motivate yogis who are beginning their yoga journey. Challenge yourself to do a video everyday for 30 days and keep track of your progress :) I’ll guarantee you will be amazed at your bodies capabilities. Most importantly, don’t feel bad if you can’t do some of the moves in some of these videos. If you keep practicing, you will improve. I promise :)
I have a special weakness for chocolate. There just isn’t anything like it, am I right?! Adding raw cacao nibs or cacao powder to smoothies is a great way to satisfy any sweet tooth. Here is one I really love. Now that it’s cherry season, instead of dried cherries, use fresh!
Ingredients: Two frozen bananas, three frozen strawberries, 1/4 cup milk.
Method: Thaw strawberries and banana in cold water until they’re just a little mushy. Cut the stems off of the strawberries if you haven’t already done so. Put all of the ingredients in a relatively powerful blender and blend until silky smooth. Top with granola and enjoy!
